While not everyone shares his passion for technology, Tony believes it doesn’t have to be a source of frustration – it should ideally be seamless and make life easier.

With digital technology now becoming increasingly pervasive across every industry, the need for small to medium-sized businesses to mature their IT capabilities has never been greater. Drawing on his experience as a systems administrator and software developer in sectors like engineering, construction, digital marketing, and financial services, Tony brings a practical understanding of how to make technology fit seamlessly into business operations.

The price of one of our standard packages generally ranges from about $70 to $180 per user per month, unless a highly bespoke quote is needed. It’s important to recognise that investing in IT is essential if you value your company data, security, and the need to optimise your business operations. You might be surprised by the hidden costs of having someone on your team handle IT or trying to manage it yourself, especially when factoring in hourly rates and what that time could have been spent on.

Resolution times depend on the nature and complexity of the problem, but we prioritise every issue based on its urgency and severity. For most minor issues, our team addresses them very quickly – sometimes even within minutes of receiving a support ticket. Plus, we offer a response time guarantee for the peace of mind for yourself and your management team, assuming the issue is lodged as per the correct channels.

While it’s possible to cherrypick portions of our services to match your immediate needs, IT is far more effective when managed centrally or at the bare minimum co-managed by IT experts. Our discovery process often uncovers hidden issues, and we’ll recommend the appropriate solutions, but the final decision is always yours – we’re here to guide, not force. If you’re unsure, we’d be happy to offer a free preliminary consultation to explore what works best for your business.

Generally, it’s not recommended as it can introduce additional work, confusion, and blur the line of responsibility. After all, you’re paying us to handle the technical side so you can focus on your core business. However, we can offer read access to certain reports or dashboards in the spirit of transparency. We also provide clear documentation on how your IT is managed, so if someone internally needs to take action, they’ll have the right guidance.
